The Exelon Quad Cities Generating Station has donated an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to Cordova Dragway Park. In a presentation during the pre-race ceremonies at the World Series of Drag Racing, Bill Stoermer, Regional Public Affairs Manager presented the life saving device. "We are more than thrilled to get an AED" said Safety Coordinator Johanne Hines. "You just never know when we might need to us it, and if we can save one life it will be an invaluable tool" she explained.
The Exelon Quad Cities Generating Station is located in Cordova, Illinois and has been a very good neighbor to Cordova Dragway Park for many years. The entire team at Cordova Dragway Park applauds Exelon for their dedication to safety inside and outside of their operations.
