FORD RACING THE EMPHASIS
THIS WEEKEND

This weekend brings the SportsFest and Ford Shoot-out to Cordova Dragway Park. "This event features many race classes for a variety of cars, however our biggest emphasis will be on the Ford powered entries" said Track Operator Scott Gardner. "As a matter of fact, more than $7,500 is being posted for the Ford powered classes" continued Gardner. It should be noted that Midwest Super Comp Association will be attendance as well as motorcycles racing in the Ilowa Race Series. These groups bring additional entertainment and income for the event as we can provide a two day format that they enjoy.

If your a Ford racer or fan, this is your chance to let your presence be known.  "We hope to have an all exclusive Ford event in 2008, but that will depend on how it goes this year" commented Gardner. "The future is in their hands"
