LAYNE AUTOMOTIVE & SPEED SUPER 16 RETURNS IN 2010

The popular Layne Automotive & Speed Super 16 will return in 2010 with 5 race dates beginning on select Saturdays in June. "We are very happy to have Layne Automotive and Speed returning in 2010 with this highly popular race series" said Track Operator Scott Gardner.

The Layne Automotive & Speed Super 16 events qualify the quickest entries on the grounds for a super fast shootout and is popular among the racers and fans.

As a side note, racers that run quicker than 7.49 ET will now have to have the 3.2A/15 pants and suit per NHRA. Those with front engine, supercharged, or turbocharged open bodied cars will need 3.2A/20 pants and suit. Please see the NHRA 2010 protective clothing section of the rulebook for all the details.
