HI-PERFORMANCE TRUE STREET DRAG RACING COMES TO CORDOVA IN 2010

FAN APPRECIATION EVENT SCHEDULED WITH FREE SPECTATOR ADMISSION

A phenomenon that is sweeping across the nation is Hi-Performance True Street Drag Racing. With that, Cordova Dragway Park is happy to welcome the True Street Drag Racing Association to our facility in 2010 with two major events. The events, the Outlaw Street Car Shootout Saturday, May 15 and the Midwest Street Car Finals, Oct 2 & 3 will feature several interesting and entertaining classes of drag racing.

"We are introducing True Street Car Drag Racing on May 15 with the Outlaw Street Car Shootout as a Fan Appreciation event and complimentary tickets for spectator event admission" said Scott Gardner. "We will have thousands of complimentary tickets available for attending this event and believe this is a great way to introduce this style of drag racing to our area" he concluded.

Classes of competition range from seven Sportsman classes to four Pro classes including Nostalgia Pro Street, Outlaw 10.5", Big Dawgs and Pro Extreme Motorcycles.
