VOLUNTEER DAY IS THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 3rd

The 15th Annual Volunteer Day is set for this Saturday, April 3 at Cordova Dragway Park. As usual plans are being made to spruce up the facility for another drag racing season. Volunteer Day gets underway at 9 AM and everyone is welcome to attend. All volunteers get a free race day voucher and lunch will also be served. Volunteers can bring tools such as chain saws, racks, painting tools, carpentry tools, etc.

- Painting Grandstands
- Take down old "food ticket" building
- Repair cross-over building
- Fix entrance building plus add siding
- Replace wood bleacher boards
- Pick garbage off highway shoulder
- Pick garbage on grounds
- Plant flowers
- Etc
