NOSTALGIAFEST TRANSFORMED INTO
NITRO BLAST & JET WARZ EVENT

The NostalgiaFest Event that has been on the Cordova Dragway Park schedule for more than a decade has been transformed into a new event; Nitro Blast & Jet Warz. The Nitro Blast event will take place on Friday and Saturday, June 10 & 11.

“We felt it was time for a change, said Scott Gardner, the new format will allow for additional spectator growth while keeping some of the key elements of nostalgia racing active.”

Classes of competition include the Dragracingonline Funny Car Challenge (Nitro Nostalgia Funny Cars), Nostalgia Super Stocks, Ozark Mountain Super Shifters, select nostalgia sportsman classes plus Jets and Wheelstanders. “In this day and age it’s all about entertainment and the best way expose a bigger fan base to nostalgia racing is an event like the Nitro Blast” continued Gardner.
